The Perfect Combination of Lighthouse Charm & Luxury Living.

Lantern Room

The lantern room is at the top of a lighthouse tower that encloses the lens.

Our lantern room (loft) is your luxury vacation home that features a comfortable Queen sized bed with a hand painted themed headboard. The high ceilings and wrap around windows provide you with plenty of room to relax. You'll love the three piece bathroom with stained glass window.

We have renovated the Silver Dart House (Yellow) to create a larger living & dining area and space for two additional guests plus we can provide a child's crib or toddler bed in the loft (upon request).

The loft of Elsie House (Blue) and Alex & Mabel House (Green) is equipped with a sitting & dining area with a kitchenette for preparation of light meals, but we do recommend that you dine at one of the many restaurants that serve the freshest Nova Scotia lobster and other seafoods.

Main Floor

The main floor of Silver Dart House features a large kitchenette and an open concept lounging & dining area for four guests. The accompanying photo of the newly renovated main floor area or go to each house page for a full gallery of photos.

Our main floor in Elsie House and Alex & Mabel House is a garage for parking your precious ride, be it a Motorcycle, Sports Car, Mountain Bike, Snowmobiles, etc. or anything else that can fit through the 8ft wide x 7ft high overhead door.

There is a wash hose and cleaning supplies provided for cleaning your ride on the asphalt apron just outside your lighthouse.

Each garage is equipped with a 1/2 bathroom and countertop with sink for cleaning of your safety equipment. Large capacity wall hooks are provided for hanging and air drying any wet protective clothing, so it is ready for your next days adventures.

There are garden chairs that you can use for socializing inside your garage or outside in our shared garden area.

Our Door Mats

Outside each house we have placed our unique door mats. Each door mat is hand made by an Newfoundland Artisan from ropes that have been salvaged from "Ghost Nets" that have been removed from the ocean.

Ghost nets are lost or abandoned fishing nets, which is one of the most problematic components of marine litter. These nets continue the capture process by entangling fish and whales commonly referred to as "Ghost Fishing".

We are proud to support this very worthwhile effort to reduce and reuse marine litter.
